• 1<\/span> cup<\/span> spinach<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> red bell pepper<\/span> thinly sliced<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> cup<\/span> rotisserie chicken<\/span> shredded <\/span><\/li>
• \u00bd<\/span> cup<\/span> buffalo wing sauce<\/span> divided<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/3<\/span> lb<\/span> mozzarella cheese<\/span> sliced into rounds<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/3<\/span> cup<\/span> blue cheese crumbles<\/span><\/li>
• \u00bc<\/span> cup<\/span> soft goat cheese<\/span><\/li>
• \u00bc<\/span> cup<\/span> sun-dried tomatoes<\/span> minced<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> garlic<\/span> minced <\/span><\/li>

  Instructions<\/h3>

  • If using frozen dough, let sit out at room temperature to thaw and rest.<\/div><\/li>
  • Preheat oven to 450F.<\/div><\/li>
  • On a clean, cool baking sheet, add a layer of 1 tbsp olive oil. Gently flatten and spread out your pizza dough until you have a thin sheet on your pan, roughly \u00bc inch thick.<\/div><\/li>
  • Top pizza with majority of the buffalo sauce as the base, add salt and garlic, then layer on shredded chicken, spinach, tomatoes, and sliced red bell pepper. Top with mozzarella, goat, and blue cheeses.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until crust has browned and cheese has melted.
