Oven-Baked Shredded Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 3 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 cups colby jack shredded
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies about 1 can
  • lime juice to garnish
  • hot sauce to garnish
  • creamy jalapeno sauce to garnish

Instructions

  • On a large baking sheet, lay out as many tortilla chips as you can.
  • Top with shredded chicken, fajita seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chilis, and shredded cheese.
  • Broil on low for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
  • Serve hot and garnish with lime juice, hot sauce, and creamy jalapeno sauce.
